Returns


Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving them. 

- Vintage furnishings cannot be returned or exchanged
- Candles cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you        received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  
- Do not send your purchase back to our return adress prior to contacting us, Please send      us an email at info@exitnineteen,com

Store Credit

Once your return is received, we will email you with a processed store credit for future purchases.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged or defective, exit nineteen will replace it immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and must be documented with photographs. If you need to report a damaged or defective item, send us an email at info@exitnineteen.com


Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as such you will be responsible for paying for return shipment.
